With the Révélation Lumière project, which won the Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris call for projects, BNP Paribas Real Estate works with the city of Noisy-le-Grand to reinvent the neighbourhood where the Louis Lumière school is situated.
The restructuring of the historical building, now called Le Révélateur, expresses the ambition to place mixed uses at the core of the Révélation Lumière site. A third place will respond to the growing demand for services and social cohesion. Coworking and training spaces will contribute to boosting the local economy. As one of the various elements of the urban project, Le Révélateur fosters sharing and interaction in the neighbourhood.
