In Coupvray, 42% of the urban project has been reserved for natural areas to conserve the region’s natural heritage. In Croissy-Beaubourg, biodiversity and development have been combined to conserve much valued local flora and fauna in a 230,000 sq. m commercial and logistics zone.
In Champs-sur-Marne, development agencies have improved water management with the creation of a rain garden which will limit flood risks.
