December 2021, EpaMarne launched a consultation for a new residential development comprising 160 homes in Lognes that could demonstrate the practical application of zero net land take. Part of a wider urban renewal plan, the project will mobilize several innovations to restore ground permeability in built up areas, reduce construction footprints in favour of nature, and optimise the re-use of excavated land and waste. The developer will be designated in 2022.
